Bandhel is a traditional way of making gold-covered bangles: instead of a thin chemical plating, karigars fit a thick gold sheet over a bronze base and bond it by hand. Your customers get the colour and feel of gold, with the strength of bronze, at a fraction of the price.

  Every bangle starts as a bronze ring that holds its shape and does not bend in daily wear.

• Thick gold sheet cover

  A heavy gold sheet is pressed and fitted over the bronze: a cover, not a coating.

• Hand-finished by karigars

  Joints are sealed, patterns are cut and every bangle is polished by hand.
